Jobair Mahmud

Founder & Executive Director

A humanitarian leader and youth advocate from Teknaf, Jobair founded HEART in 2021. He has received the Policy Action Award, the Green Climate Leadership Award and the TekSHOI Humanitarian Leadership Award, and represented HEART at UNCCD COP17.
