Skills, Entrepreneurship & Livelihoods
A steady income gives families dignity and independence. HEART helps unemployed young people and women gain skills and start their own enterprises.
IRTD runs skills-development courses, WAYDO incubates new entrepreneurs with the Department of Youth Development and the Cox's Bazar Chamber of Commerce, and our training centres teach tailoring and beauty services. HEART-Agriculture supports women farmers with climate-smart methods.
What we do
- Skills development and IT training through IRTD
- Entrepreneurship incubation with WAYDO
- Tailoring, boutique and beauty-service training for women
- Climate-smart agriculture with women farmers
- Occupational health and safety training
