HEART is a youth-led organisation. We believe young people are not only the future but the changemakers of today, and we give them the skills and platforms to lead.
Through our Institute of Research, Training & Development (IRTD), volunteer programs and youth networks, we train young leaders, connect them with national policy dialogues and celebrate volunteerism across Cox's Bazar.
What we do
- Leadership and capacity-building training through IRTD
- International Volunteers Day celebrations with local youth organisations

- Climate negotiation fellowships and youth conferences
